Funeral Service Storage Subscription Agreement Overview Compassionate Reprieve offers a secure, private storage subscription for families who wish to retain a recording of their loved one’s funeral service. This subscription allows families to access, download, and rewatch the service for a set period. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Storage & Access The funeral service will be securely stored on Compassionate Reprieve’s servers for the duration of your active subscription. Families will receive a private access link to view and download the recording. Only authorized users (approved family members) will be given access. 2. Subscription Fees & Duration Annual Subscription Fee: 50 per year (auto-renews unless canceled). Subscription provides continued access to the recording for one year from the purchase date. Subscribers may renew their plan annually to maintain storage and access. If the subscription is not renewed, the recording will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy No refunds will be provided once the funeral service has been successfully stored. Subscribers may cancel at any time, but access will remain until the end of the billing cycle. If cancellation occurs, the recording will be deleted permanently after the 30-day grace period unless renewed. 4. Privacy & Security Compassionate Reprieve ensures secure storage and restricted access to prevent unauthorized viewing. The recording will never be shared, sold, or publicly posted without explicit family consent. Subscribers are responsible for keeping their access credentials secure. 5. Liability & Indemnification Compassionate Reprieve is not liable for loss of access due to expired subscriptions, technical failures, or accidental deletion. While we take every precaution to secure and maintain stored recordings, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to server maintenance, cyber threats, or unforeseen issues. Subscribers agree to hold Compassionate Reprieve harmless for any loss, corruption, or deletion of the recording due to circumstances beyond our control. 6. Agreement to Terms By subscribing, you acknowledge that: You have read, understood, and agree to these terms. You authorize Compassionate Reprieve to store the funeral service recording for the selected subscription term. You understand that failure to renew will result in the permanent deletion of the recording after the 30-day grace period.
