Service Agreement & Liability Waiver By applying for reduced-cost services, using our platform, or making a payment, you agree to the following: 1. Scope of Service Compassionate Reprieve coordinates funeral streaming services but does not directly provide them. Approval is at the correctional facility’s discretion, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Services are provided by VUERZ or another third-party provider, and we are not responsible for their actions or service failures. 2. Fees & Sliding Scale Pricing A minimum non-refundable fee of $25 applies to all applicants. Families in the lowest pricing tier pay only $25, with no additional charges. Partial fee reductions are based on verified income through ID.me or alternative proof. 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy If the facility denies the request, a refund will be issued minus the $25 fee. No refunds for approved services, technical issues, or cancellations after approval. Any disputes related to service quality must be directed to VUERZ, not Compassionate Reprieve. 4. Income Verification & Attestation Applicants certify that all information provided is accurate. False or misleading information may result in denial, cancellation, or disqualification from future requests. 5. Limitation of Liability Compassionate Reprieve is not responsible for third-party failures, facility policy changes, or service disruptions. All disputes regarding service must be directed to VUERZ or the applicable provider. 6. Indemnification & Data Privacy You agree to hold Compassionate Reprieve and its affiliates harmless from any claims or damages. We do not store financial data—ID.me verification and payments are handled by third-party providers.
